FOUNDER PROFILE

JERRY GANDHI

Jerry started his career in "pensions" in 1975 with a major UK life insurance company.  As with many people in the pensions industry a pensions career was more a chance than a choice! However, with the major changes then being introduced by the UK Government, progression for someone with a strong mathematics background was rapid.

Jerry moved quickly from the insurance sector to the intermediary market with two leading consultancy firms, Noble Lowndes and then Stenhouse.

In 1983 Jerry moved to running in-house company pension schemes initially with Rover Group then Rowntree and latterly Inchcape.

These roles have given Jerry a solid understanding of the pensions issues faced by large employers in the UK and the perspective to strategically manage the varied international pension and benefit programs of diverse multi-cultural businesses operating in all key markets around the world.  Jerry is a regular speaker at international pension conferences.

On leaving Inchcape, Jerry established C A P Services Limited, his own specialist consultancy Company to work with UK and international companies when they need specialist skills to address specific key issues or, when strategic corporate activity results in the need to review/modify or re-think strategy with existing plans.

When not dealing with business Jerry enjoys the occasional game of badminton and spending time with his family or indulging in his passion for driving high-performance vehicles.
